Shipping and payment

 

1. Shipping costs

The term "shipping costs" refers to costs for postage, packaging and logistics. For our standard shipping from 200 $ we do not charge shipping costs. You only pay the price of the vacuum packaging machines or foil bags shown in the shop.
Please note: The prices shown are net prices without GST, as the offer is directed exclusively at commercial customers.

2. Price and delivery conditions

Our price and delivery conditions apply for vacuum packaging machines, bags and accessories.
Please also note our minimum order value (MOV) of 200 $. All orders below the MOV cannot be sent.

3. Part delivery

We cannot currently offer you a partial delivery option. If your order contains several items, at least one of which is not immediately available, the delivery time for the entire order will always depend on the product that has the longest delivery time. If we expressly confirm a date for your delivery, you can also rely on it.

4. return delivery & repair requests

We want MULTIVAC packaging solutions to meet your requirements safely and efficiently. If something does not work as desired, our MULTIVAC team of experts offers you a wide range of supporting services, from service calls to a complete spare parts supply of at least ten years after commissioning your MULTIVAC packaging system.

5. Payment methods: invoice


We offer you the option "invoice" as payment method. You benefit from the following advantages:

  • No additional fees!
  • Easy and safe to handle.
  • You will receive an invoice by post immediately after your order.
  • No credit check required during the ordering process.
  • Payment within 30 days after receipt of invoice by bank transfer.
